I went to the mall on Oct 17 in the morning with my little one. It was my first time experience with Animal Riders, so I had no idea how the system would work. The girl who gave me a paper and a pen for my contact information told me that it would be 8 bucks for 10 minutes then additional 50 cents for every minute over. Before leaving, I took a glance on my time, and it was 10:34 AM. I did not mean to finish my ride early but somehow I came back soon. However, the girl said my time was already over and charged me 15 bucks! My little one was about to cry, and I was not sure what time I started because it was checked by a quick glance. I paid 15 bucks and left the site. I checked the time, and it was 10:44 AM. It was obvious that I came back even before 10 minutes, but she charged me 15 bucks. I used the location beside Chapters on the main floor. There are reasons why this business is getting dead. I go to the mall nearly every weekends and noticed that the numbers of people using the Animal Riders is getting lesser. I don't understand why that girl did that to me but it was so stupid of her because she just made 7 bucks more for losing a potential client. My recommendation is 'Don't use it. They just want your money out of your pocket'.
