While the quality of product has never been an issue, the quality of service has deteriorated from my past experiences. Granted we are in a difficult time, however the lack of concern as whether I order $160. worth of chocolate or not, appears to demonstrate an over abundance of business. When I made my request, I was asked to go online, however Brett advised he could not assist me with the online order, so I stated the process was to cumbersome and that I think I'll cancel the order...to which he said...good bye. I could recommend some courses on how to deal with clients. Disappointing.
