Hello Ric, my apologies for this late response but we just noticed your post. Unfortunately, we have no record of your complaint. Did you leave your name & contact info with my staff? If there were any issues, we would have reimbursed you right away. Like any gas station we pre-authorize your credit card and once you press “STOP” on the machine, we would only charged what was used. We are an honest company. Please give use a try again! Thank you

I went here to wash my car March 16/21 and used my credit card for the wash. You slide it thru the scanner like at say Safeway and the machine starts the wash cycle. My wash came to $10.00. I got an alert on my phone stating the car wash took $35.00 off my card. I went to the till to see the guy in there and he said he couldn't give me a repiept and that the $35.00 was a deposit that came off the card and that I would be reimbursed for the amount difference in 2 days. This has not happened on day three. I asked were it stated that policy and he pulled out his phone and showed me a photo on a policy stating they would take $35.00 down payment and I would be reimbursed. I asked where is this policy posted anywhere in the car wash and he said it was just on his phone. I asked how customers are suposed to know that and he just shrugged. I left and waited for the reimbursement ..which never came and now I'm writing this review and will be calling the credit card company about this in hopes of getting my $25.00 back .
