Attended the studio at the Marketplace at Callingwood for a spray tan. I arrived at 7:15pm and was informed I could not use the spray tan as she had just drained and cleaned the machine. The posted studio hours indicate they are open until 8pm. Why are staff closing down the machines during studio hours! Poor customer service and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the explanation from the staff member.

I come regularly to this Fabutan mostly for Red light. I love it here. This location is my favourite one. It’s clean it’s comfortable and Misty who works there is so friendly and knowledgeable of the products and sales. I really enjoy coming here and recommend it to all my friends.
