This Tip Top Location is full of promise and deliverers nothing. I rented a tuxedo for my sons for a wedding. About a week to the wedding i was asked to come and collect the items. Both my boys' jackets and vests did not fit but i was able to switch my youngest son's jacket and vest to my first son. I requested for a smaller size for my youngest son. A day to the wedding i went to collect the clothe and was given exactly the size i asked them to return. Unfortunately for me, the Salesman that placed the order wasn't on shift. The wedding is next day and there is nothing i could do. My disappointment was that the day i returned the tuxedo, the Salesman there was so adamant(different from the one that booked the tuxedo); he told me that i was the one at fault for picking the wrong size tuxedo. I explained to him how i was promised that a smaller size will be re-ordered for my youngest size but was given a bigger size a day to the wedding. He didn't want to listen; he was exchanging words with me. Don't use this Tip Top Tailor location, that Salesman there is bad for business.
