So disappointed. Generally speaking, there are too many weaknesses to this store. Product that they bring in is not well balanced. They carry too many products that are not of high grade value and not enough product from the more advancing companies. Prices are fair in comparison to other health stores but the difference is that you are paying more for lower quality versus paying the right price for higher quality products. Staff will not approach you for help once you enter the store nor when you are clearly having trouble finding what you need. Staff is also demonstrating a lack of knowledge when faced with inquiries. As a nutritionist in this field, I am not confident in sending my clients to this store anymore. Too many disappointments which in turn also damages my reputation and insults my education. Had a problem with a return. At the end of the conversation, I asked her if she was satisfied with the management skills they possess and she flipped out and started screaming at me. Customers are now being abused by store owners? hmmmm.... I just can't stand behind this store anymore.
