Worst customer service: i boughta cooktop and my pick-up date was 5 feb.The appliance was not there on that date. I called the customer service on 6th feb morning, they refused to help as the product was not ordered online. I called the store "Sam" answered the phone. After listning to the story he told me to wait for his call. Nobody called me for next three hours. I called the store again, and repeated my story again. the answer i got was "who sold you the appliance" me: Mike. ".... He will call you back" Again nobody called me from the store. I called for a third time now; "Gill" answered the phone. As per him, mike got the commission from our sale, so mike is the one who has to look into this. I asked for the manager's extension. "Ext. 403" noone is answering on that number now. I am talking about a cooktop. with 2 kids at home (4 months and 3 years old) its really hard to live without the cooktop as our old one broke.
