My three pairs of glasses that I bought for myself with full insurance proved to be a poor investment. Each pair and frames were approximately $700. My three pairs were in a bag that went missing. LensCrafters told me the best they could do would be to charge me $550 for one pair of glasses. The $500 I paid for insurance was a waste of money. I will find a different optical store now. Lesson learned. Beware of any insurance they try selling.

We were visiting relatives in Edmonton this past weekend. We both needed new glasses and were directed to Lenscrafters at Souhtgate Mall. We were greeted by Vanessa who, with her professionalism and efficiency, was able to meet our requirements. She was patient, understanding, and has a very pleasant "customer service" interactive manner which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. It's the kind of service that will inspire repeat customers

Went in to get my glasses adjusted, I was told to take a seat and she would be right with me, after she helped three people and was going to help the fourth I got up and left, they were not busy when I went in around 6:30 two were standing around very disappointed
