On my last weekend, Veerpal the lead on the mainfloor helped me to return 2 items one of which I lost my receipt and the other one which the receipt was destroyed. Her professionalism and passion really give me a deep impression. Such a great shopping experience in Bay at southgate mall Edmonton.

Today at the store…no escalation for about 2 years..line up for a small elevator. Womens washroom on second floor..all sinks except one had brown water standing, so obviously plugged. The only sink not plugged sis not have water coming out of the faucet. No one could find the jacket we were looking for that was advertised in the flyer..

I have had two sets of Gluckstein bottom sheets rip. At first I thought well there must be a flaw. It happens. But twice! These are expensive sheets and are not good quality.
