I came into this store at southgate today to inquire about the Iphone 12 pro, I did tell these ladies there I recently jump ship from Koodo to you guys, they did not tell me about how much the Iphone 12 pro costed or how much of a trade in value for the 11 pro would be, all they said is I had to finace the new Iphone, I said I always buy these phones out right, then one of the ladies told me o go to the Apple store to buy it! that wasn't very business like as a new customer, I called 611 and they told me everything I wanted to know about the trade in value and how much the Iphone 12 pro costed, Now why would these ladies tell me that I had to finace it and 611 told me I can always buy it our right, I guess all they herd was Koodo, this experience left a very sour taste in my mouth, I seriously doubt I'd be going back to this store anymore, this was my 2nd time also
