stay away from this glass store. they overprice and scam you out of your money. all staff here just want to use / take advantage of you. there;s an african guy who pretends to be your friend and talks so charming but will then abuse your trust. not sure how a store like this can even exist with their manipulation tactics. filthy crooks they all are, makes me sick!

The middle aged man at the front counter started a claim without informing us. So when we went to a different store to get the frame and lenses that my boyfriend wanted, they couldn’t start a claim. It was such an inconvenience because now, we have to wait for that claim to be reversed.

They don't care about customers. People who work there just stare at their phone and keep doing their own business. overpriced, cheap quality lenses I saw in my friends frame after the fact, go elsewhere.
