I like some of their products - but that's all subjective anyway. What I feel compelled to write about is the staff. As you approach they're on you right away (fine, whatever, it's a business, but I hate being pounced on like that. Lush are the worst for this - but that's another story). When I buy something the clerk goes "so did anyone tell you about our deals today?" I say "yes", she says "which one?
