Been going to this Starbucks for years and all was well. The last "FIVE" times have been pretty sad and the same female at the til each time. She somehow screws up my order each time, I drink a grande bold with no room for cream... yeah tough order aye!! Was in there yesterday and she brought me a "HALF" a cup and told me thats all they had. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No Bold Coffee at Starbucks???!!! I had already paid or I'd just have walked away. She figured out more needed to be made and took her time at it. After waiting 25 minutes, while standing right by the till I asked another girl if it was ready. Guess what; it was!!! The girl at the til never bothered to let other staff know that I was waiting. I was really choked and asked the girl that first took my order for the managers name so I could report her. She wouldn't give me the managers name!! The girl that did pour me the long overdue black coffee was more than helpful, told me that she didn't know I was waiting, and passed the managers name on to me. I will rate my satisfaction at a 1 star only because you have nothing below "0". One star is way above how this starbucks in South Park Center, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada deserves!
