I was at the South Common store yesterday and was told by customer service you can call tomorrow and put on hold on this item as I cannot do price right now. When I called next day first thing when store opens the customer service lady was not nice over the phone, she said I am busy and did not try to find the stuff I was looking for in computer just check shelf and said we don’t have, I called first thing in the morning, as I clearly mentioned I will not be able to come tomorrow morning as I have baby. They should not tell lie, she could have put me on hold and try to atleast find the item. I used to always to shopping at Ricki’s but not any more, specially at South Common store. Very poor customer service, not happy
