I bought the wrong model of strips and lancet for blood sugar testing in Pharmacy, bought the “Contour” instead of “Contour Next”. I called up the Pharmacy to ask for an exchange to the right model so that I will be able to use it in my Contour Next, I explained that one I bought is still in their sealed box and didn’t try to open since I know its the wrong one. They said they will not accept since they will loose money, saying that they will just discard it even I will return for exchange.

we were shopping in the south common store today #57 they didn't have what we were looking for but the manager of general merchandise I think her name was Diane, was so helpful, she phoned the other stores to get us what we needed, although you could see she was really busy, that's what you call really great customer service, way to go, will shop there all the time now, thank you, so nice to see that nowadays, thank you Diane, you were a star.

my food was Tampered with,( opened& eaten) ,I asked for something out of the flier that I could not find.The floor manager went and looked it- up,after a wait he came back & said oh yah I didn't order that ! Will never go back !!!
