Very bad customer experience. We purchased sofa back from Apr. and sales person said we could pay the delivery fee and in home set up once the delivery man at our house. We waited almost more than 6 months. Finally the sofa arrived. But the delivery guy can’t take the in home set up free at our house. They said we have to reschedule the appointment again after 2 weeks. This is so bad. We called the store. The store won’t help anything at all.
