I am not impressed with the rudeness of the staff since Covid measures came into place. Who wants to shop at a store where the staff is constantly freaking out. No policies in place for those with medical conditions. Used to be my favorite store but not anymore. I used to live coming in and browsing, checking out the books, finding that perfect gift for someone but no more. And I won’t support you by shopping online. Very disappointed Indigo.
