Me and my husband came shopping there recently for a Graco carseat and got incredible assistance from the staffs, particularly Lance. He ensured that we made a better choice on picking the car seat and clarified all the security measure regarding it. Great service, efficient communication and the young lady in the customer service, Dana provided excellent customer service, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall great store even

This store is by far had the worst management team. The manager herself is rude and how she treats customers is bad, I can't even imagine how she treats her staff. There's some other staff I think are managers that are snarky and rude.
