I never had such bad service...and I did express it to a manager (Mariam) which in return was not better than the other person who was helping other customers while helping me and even ask me if I could read the numbers at the top to find the item I wanted exchanged...after one hour stoll nothing....i was to get a phone call today September 12 am...to no avail...I had to call myself and still nothing was put aside...called back Mariam at 1pm and still no replacement...apparently it would be somewhere into the back to be received ...while when I was in the St-Albert Home depot it showed Skyview had 4 on hand...at this point I was told to check back on Monday the items might be out...possibly...that is my experience of being run around and I will not shop at Home Depot again...my star for Skyview is ZERO
