Just had a mani pedi at this place and left very dissatisfied. At first they seemed to be following Covid protocols; temperature check, plexiglass up between stations, but when i was brought over to the table to get my manicure, the station had not been cleaned up from the previous client. The used tools and towel etc were still left out. All the woman did was clear the used towel and tools and laid a new towel down. Did not sanitize anything. She finished the services and when i went to pay, my mani/pedi combo was $94!! They advertise $55 for a mani/pedi combo (and i did select to get the gel polish, which i know is usually a bit more than regular polish) which is fine, but NEVER in my life have i heard of gel polish being $40 extra!? Ive gone to many salons in my life and never had a mani/pedi come out to damn near $100. Absolutely ludacris. I told the woman she needs to tell people the gel polish option is an EXTRA $40 before the decision gets made. I will never step foot here again.
