I purchased a pair of shoes at your outlet store in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on 16-November-2019 at 13:28 and within 5 min I realized my purchase wasn’t suitable. Upon returning it I was met by an incredibly rude employee named Gill who chastised me for not understanding your return policy. Not only did he embarrass me in a store full of customers he told me he would only be giving me a credit with an expiry date. I’m sure that you would acknowledge taking a customers money and not giving them anything for it is beyond sketchy.
