Went to get nice lingeries for my partner. One of the sale staff asked me on a very cold tone." What are you looking for?" She just pointed at me with her finger""It's over there!! And kept putting hangers on the racks. I was telling to myself" I'm almost sorry that I've asked you for help". At the check out, the cashier said with the same cold tone. "How would you like to pay?" No one smiled. Not even to try to be polite. When I left. I saw that same sale person with such a big smile! "Hiiiiiii! How may I help you madam?" Exclaiming herself with such enthousiasm, to a lady that just came in the store. I'll never go back to that branch at Edmonton Airport Outlet Collection Mall. The Staff that I met there are so unfriendly. Maybe another location. Even if it's a long detour, it won't matter. As long as I will be treated with a minimum of respect.
