My mother is suffering with breast cancer and has low imcome.she saved money to get herself a purse.she had the purse for about a month and the hole zipper came off the purse .she brought it back and they did nothing for her.they told her if she payed another $250 they would give her a new purse.very unhappy

I will NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from Jack George again. They have a NO return policy and NO STORE CREDIT. I will tell everyone NOT TO SHOP AT THIS STORE.
