A couple of days ago I went into the North Gate Mall (EDMONTON) to get some prescription glasses before my insurance coverage expired, I entered into a store called Total Focus. I saw a great selection of frames and many options for the lenses. They had a licensed optometrist on site and an eye-doctor too. What impressed me the most was a sales rep called Judy, she provided great service, patiently helping me select the right glasses for me, as it is a complex decision to make, and she understood that as a consumer, I have many choices to where I should spend my hard-earned money (co-pay). It is very rare to experience this kind of appreciation for my business, I am very happy that I chose this store to get my glasses from. I would recommend them to anyone in Edmonton.
