I have banked with these jokers for 10 plus years , i recently down sized a few material possessions and was paid by bank draft and the branch manager refused to cash them with out a hold. When i asked for them to call the branch that they were drawn at , she proceeded to say they dont do that. I called the bank it came from and they tell me they are incontact with RBC multiple times a day for just this situation. Lazy and usless do not bank here as all they want is you hard earned money.
