My friend stood in line to have his lottery ticket checked. He is a visible minority. The owner threw the ticket back in his face and said she wouldn’t help him. This was not the only example of poor service. The owner abruptly yelled at an elderly customer and was abusive to every person who sought assistance. When we asked to speak with her manager, she gave us her card and pointed out she’d wait for our call. It was just horrible.
