2 bad experiences at this location, got take out and my fries were all burnt and greasy. We got the fries left behind at the bottom of the deep fryer, it was gross. A chicken sandwich took 25 minutes to make. They tried telling me the bun takes long to prepare, are you kidding me, isn't this fast food? KFC did you change your recipe? The chicken was tasteless, it was just fried chicken. What happened to the 11 herbs and spices? Unacceptable!!

Not impressed. We had kfc chicken order and we also needed a couple of Taco Bell crunch wraps and they were aweful. Looked like they were made hours ago and even the lettuce was brown. What heck? It would be more appreciated to wait for a fresh made one then get the inedible wraps we received. Not impressed. We live close by. We will not return. What’s your explanation for this? Non satisfied customer.

Hi there, I wasn't happy of customer service I was provided yesterday from this location the manager was very rude and yelling for discount I was provided from staff of covid 19, theres ways of talking and explanations wasnt professional at all, very poor service.
