NOT ABLE TO MATCH OR BEAT THE SHOT NEEDLE AS I TOLD SHERRY COSTCO CHARGED $12. I WAS NOT TOLD ON DAY ONE WHEN SPOKEN WITH SANDY AND WAS VERY UPSET THAT I HAVE TO PAY $20. TODAY IS DAY THREE AND I ONLY BE TOLD BY SANDY THERE IS A SERVICE FEE OF $20. I ASKED SHERRY TO REFER TO PHARMACY MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE DID AND SHE SAID THE SAME THING AND WAS NOT ABLE TO REDUCE OR MATCH THE FEE. SHE SAID IT WONT BE FARE TO ALL HER CLIENTS, AND HOW DOES THIS FARE TO ME AS I WAS NOT INFORMED ON DAY ONE. I HAVE LOST ALL MY TIME FROM DAY ONE TO DAY THREE WAITING FOR THE PRESCRIPTION AND WILL BE LOSING EVEN MORE TIME IF I LEAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPETITOR AS THERE WILL BE WAITING TIME FOR THE ORDER. I WILL BE LEAVING BY NEXT WEEK AND THIS IS SO FRUSTRATED. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE MANAGER NOT EVEN WANT TO HELP OUT WITH THE REDUCING FEE OF $12. I AM NOT ASKING FOR TO WAIVE THE FEE,THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY INSANE AND I HAVE BEEN A VALUE CLIENT FOR MORE THAN 25 YEARS! THIS EXPERIENCE REALLY LET ME DOWN AND I WILL NOT COME BACK TO NAMAO SAVE ON AGAIN.
