Not happy - came into Service Canada July 3/19 and clerk forgot to send a copy of my drivers license with application. I was not notified until July 30 and I immediately came back in and got that done-same day. Now they are telling my it will be mailed Aug 27 BUT I AM flying Aug 26/19 I have to now jump through hoops and pay extra money to have it here on time. Not impressed.. I had everything I needed - not my fault
