I ordered 2 tacos with mexi-fries and a small drink, plus an empanada...bill comes to $11.08 with tax. Guy behind me orders 2 tacos, mexi-fries and a drink and his bill comes to $7.34 (with a bigger drink), so I ask why I didn't get the "Combo" price. Because, he says, I didn't say I wanted the combo (and supposedly I was asked if I wanted it - and declined - but the worker's accent was very thick and hard to understand anything he said!). So I replied, "I got penalized for not using the word "Combo" in my order?" he just turned and walked away!!! I did NOT get a refund, and I am NOT happy. In case no one made him aware of common Customer Service practices, the worker apologizes and offers to make it right - NOT turn and walk away like a jerk!!! in addition, the food was barely edible - luke-warm, 1 tablespoon of meat in the taco and too much lettuce (which was slimy and gross!) and the empanada was 90% undercooked dough and 10% fruit - and it wasn't rolled in cinnamon sugar! I ate the food, because I was hungry and had already paid (check that - OVER-PAID) for it!!! DON'T waste your lunch money here!!!!
