I visited this place today and found worst customer service ever, I had to get the photos clicked which they did but I was never informed beforehand that I need to wait for 30 mins , usually it takes 10 mins to handover the photos. I waited patiently and when 3o mins were over I was informed that person who was there is on break. I was with my 6 months old son and waiting period was getting harder, that person came back and said he still has 6 mins of his break , I got angry and explained my situation and then on the top of it a lady came whi started shouting at me in a very rude way. I had never expected this behavior from a customer service representative, worst experience of life ever
