I went to the store today with my husband, he wanted a pair of hush puppies, did not have his size. So the clerk suggested that they could order them in. My husband was going to pay cash for the order, then the clerk asked for his email address. My husband and I do not have a computer, and therefore no email address. We gave are phone number, she said sorry but could not order the shoes without an email address. Guess what they lost $109.00 sale, plus we will never go back to your store, ever again, By the way, I am using my daughter's iPad to send this complaint. . Thanks but no thanks.
