July 22 2019 @ 8:30 - Mill Woods Town Centre. Due to the poor customer service and communication I must leave a 1 star review. I ordered about 30$ worth of food and was asked to wait 10 mins. We received half of the order and was asked to wait an additional 5 minutes for the remainder. After about 10 minutes I reminded the clerk about my order and was asked to wait an additional 5 minutes then an additional 2 minutes respectively. We received the second half of our about 20 minutes later. At this point I asked for some type of compensation/a remake because the food was cold due to the long intermediate wait times. Unfortunately, the clerk declined and only offered a free fountain pop refill.
