I was shopping there and over heard the manager tell her staff not to bother making the promo calls but to just write down a fake number of calls HO will never know! What ..How can I trust a store or the manager if they lie to their own head office?? Also the store always looks messy service gone downhill. I have also seen the manager many times just standing doing nothing. The previous manager was a hard worker. This new seems very lazy. I don’t like this store anymore.

I find the staff is very pleasant and helpful, and I usually buy something every time I shop. I read a poor review from Christmas Eve just at closing time , I was appalled by it. The lady mentioned has always been very courteous when I am shopping, and is undeserving of the review, and really it was CLOSING time Christmas Eve. Poor planning, and not leaving enough time to shop is you the customer's issue not the staff's.. Regarding the refund policy.... it isn't unusual, it is a deep DISCOUNT store after all. As for not having enough selection in Plus, the same reason applies, it is a discount store, and receives stock ends, therefore all sizes are not always available. A good shopper will not be deterred, and will return on a regular basis to get the good prices and bargains. If you don't enjoy the bargain hunt, it is understandable that you are willing to pay full prices and have less to wear. Our Edmonton Millwoods Jay Set is a little gem, especially for people who love to shop and also those on a limited budget. I see many Seniors there and again the staff are patient and helpful. I only wish there were more Jay Sets in Edmonton.

I recently purchased 3 items (buy 2 get 1 free) what a deal ah? Not so fast no only can you not get a refund from this company they no longer carry plus sizes so it was impossible for me to find anything. I was not told there would be no refunds, only exchanges and they no longer carry plus. Fair I think not.
