Don't agree with CT's policy on Xmas returns but Elmer helped resolve my problem and was absolutely polite and respectful. I'm grateful the young lady in customer service, who was also polite and respectful called for him. Not the staffs fault for policies they don't create but have to enforce. Thanks again Elmer

Elmer had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never had someone so rude and disrespectful ever working for customer service. I will never purchase anything at this location ever again! The management should really look into how this man treats your customers!

Called the Millwoods store to check on a product. The girl who answered the phone spoke exceptionally poor english and I had a lot of trouble trying to get her to understand me and I her. Then she walked the phone to customer service because she didn't know how to transfer it. The lady in Customer was a real snot and was no help at all. Very short and unfriendly.

Went to buy a can of spray paint and walking in I was putting a piece of gum in my mouth, I had my mask on but had it down to put the gum in my mouth. The security guard (posted @ the entrance...not the exit, obviously masks are more important than theft since there isn’t a guard at the exit!) told me to pull my mask up, I just kept walking towards the back of the store. My mask was not covering my nose to his liking so he followed me through the store yelling at me to put my mask on higher. I was completely humiliated not to mention getting really mad since he felt it was ok to harass me until I got to the point of swearing at him!! I had my mask on!!! When I get to the teller I notice an employee stocking shelves and his mask is sitting under his nose which I really don’t care because if he wants to wear it like that it’s his prerogative but I was just made to feel like I was breaking some law for the same thing! The manager Karen apologized for the security guards actions but I won’t be back...unfortunately because this is my neighborhood store and my husband and I go in often!

Went to Canadian tire Millwoods to have my vehicle inspected. Checked my vehicle before my 2pm appointment March 2, 2019. after almost 4 hours, came back expecting service to be done, BUT surprise surprise, nothing has been done. This is my 2nd appointment for the same service. Talked to the guy at the counter about the incident, and he said to talk to the service people because he's not with vehicle service....will bring my business some place else. picked 1 star as is the lowest i can go negative star is my rate!
