Purchased pre-cut vinyl. The clerk said there were 2 cut pieces in the package. There was only 1 piece. Called customer service, which contacted the store. Apparently, their new clerk was mistaken and it was actually only 1 piece. The manager in the store was amazing! So calm and collected. Gave me another piece just because of the confusion. Then, he made sure to explain the system to the new girl in a very kind way. So thankful.
