Went to the Londonderry Mall Telus after being told by the CS people in the Philippines they couldn’t correct the bill issue where someone has registered their cell to my address. Discussed the issue with a sales tech he indicated the manager should be able to help, but he was on break. After manager returned I was told that he was still on break, I should come back in a half hour, then was told he had a meeting and wouldn’t be able to meet me.

I went in to get an upgrade on my phone. I did not want to pay more for my current package. All she wanted to do was up charge everything. I have been with Telus a long time and loyalty should at least be worth good service. She had to keep stopping my service so she could text someone on her phone! Not very professional.
