I went in to get my longer style bob cut into a Pixie haircut and left with a shorter bob. The stylist was very unprofessional during the entire visit. She was swearing and would not listen to my requests. I was actually scared to tell her to fix it because I was fearful it would be worse. To top it all off - the 'bob' style she did cut my hair into - is uneven and looks like a 2 year old cut it. Terrible terrible terrible! I have never experienced this type of 'service' in my entire life.
