A Saturday. Four people in front of me and two tellers on when I arrived. 45 minutes later I was finally at the counter. I just wanted to make a payment on my BMO master card from my other banking institution. Now the line up goes all the way out the main doors. The woman looking after me informs me that they can't do that from my other bank to my BMO master card. I would have to with draw the cash then pay it. I said, alright. But then was told I would have to use an ATM to with draw the cash. Like I'm going to stand in that line up again after I with draw the cash. Let's see... It took them 45 minutes to look after four people and there's at least ten people now (lots have just given up and left with out service). So if you do the math on that... I don't have all day to wait again. I will NEVER be back to that branch. Save yourselves some frustration... Do it on line or go to a different branch. Unless you really have nothing else to do with your day!!
