I order medium latte and the milk wasn't froth properly and it was cold

I've never been to a slower tim hortons. The ladies here are sloths. They sloooowwwwwllllyyyyy mosey around cleaning and making coffee. I've never seen a double double take 15 minutes. Theres no reason for this lack of work ethic.
