My 10 year old was forced to wear a mask even though Alberta’s current mask mandate is age 12 and under are not required too. On top of that, the salesperson that provided him a mask did not clean their own hands first before getting the mask out of the bag, and then dropped it on the dirty counter expecting me to allow my child to put that on his face. Maybe next time Lush staff can prescribe basic hygiene themselves first.

Called through with question regarding product availability. Spoke with Chelsea. Very condescending and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. Surprisingly found out she was a manager. My faith in in Lush is dwindling. I will be looking at getting my products elsewhere.
