Went to exchange a bunch of items we received for Christmas with tags attached but no gift receipt. Leggings of the same size for differently one from another and we just wanted to be able to exchange. The girl was very nice, and did state that they are like a China product and many fit weird, but she wasn't allowed to do any exchanges without a transaction # or receipts ... Not her fault, just very disappointing for a store closing down to not exchange new sellable product for different sizing or patterns.
