I purchased a computer from this store. During the demo the salesperson showed me “specific” programs and explained that they were INCLUDED in my purchase making the more expensive computer the “better” buy because it already had those programs on it. When I got my purchase home they were not included. I returned to the store and was told “sorry”. I did not yell, or threaten in any way which is again a lie by the owner of the store! Lies lies
