Sept. 2021 Lots of clearance racks and empty shelves. Racks that weren't marked as clearance had very few items. Is this location closing, or just a supply chain issue?

I was shopping at the kingsway mall bay today and had the best experience ever. I was walking around and felt really lost and confused. I was about to leave when i was greeted bye an associate her name turned out to be Tiffany. i explained what i needed and she took me where i needed to go. It is nice to know there is still great customer service even with this darn covid.
