On August 30, 2018 @ approx 1:45 pm, my daughter left her wallet at Forever 21 at Kingsway Mall - we went to Garage and found out she didn't have it to pay (we looked everywhere at Garage and no sign of it) so we went back to ask if anyone found it or if the lady who helped her was in to ask her if she found it. She was conveniently on a break and so I spoke with the Manager, get this the manager told me IT WAS NOT THERE PROBLEM! NICE, Does anyone take customer service anymore - I asked her if they had heard of Common Courtesy. BAD MANAGEMENT WITH BAD EMPLOYEES! One star for nice clothes. :(
