I purchased eyewear that had to be returned as a result of the prescription not being suitable for the frames and the vision was distorted as a result. They were brought back and the staff advised to try out an adjustment, If this does not resolve the issue, to come back. Upon returning and the eyewear still not being suitable, I was advised it is now past the return policy timeline and a refund will not be honoured. Poor experience. Poor quality products.
