I had to go to the BMO bank in Kingsway Mall to make an actual cheque deposit as it is in US currency . A taller male wearing a face mask came out to ask us in the line up what we were looking at getting done and if we could use the atm . As I needed an actual teller I told the gentleman that I needed the teller and he stated that as fast as they could they would get to us . A lady working there about every couple of minutes would come out and say just a few more minutes . One customer would leave and she would come back and say we are just sterilizing. I finally made it in ( approximately a 10 to 15 minute wait ) and was taken right up to the counter where again the teller was very friendly and courteous to me and apologized for the wait. This has got to be one of if not the best BMO banks I have been in in such a long time. BMO Kingsway keep up the good work and thank you very much for doing your part in trying to keep everyone safe.
