I ordered the 15" T-Rex and the 2 of #1, but only got 2 boxes- the T-Rex and 1 of the 2 small pizzas (the price of 2 small pizzas are $29.10, and we were charged $29.10 and for the T-Rex of $30.10). We got ripped off for the 3rd pizza. We order quite a bit from them, but after getting ripped off..... I talked to the boss, who said he is not going to do anything about us getting ripped off. I told him that I did post a message on Facebook, but he said he does not have a FB account. That is a lie, as anyone can check that out. I do not have a working cell phone to call when we picked it up, and have been in pain since before Christmas. But to practically call me a liar, telling me that I got all 3 boxes, whereas I only got 2 of them. I was not able to call them that day, but sent the message on FB. But this is how they treat their long standing customers (of about 5 years). Ironically, after the owner called me a liar, he said that I took too long to complain about it- as if that justifies in not giving me the 2nd small pizza (3rd box) that I paid for. He stated the guy remembered giving me the 2nd small pizza and said how can he remember as it was 2 weeks ago.....so what is the truth? But it is the same guy that I had a run-in with my name- as he mispronounced my name. I told him the correct way and he flipped on me, asking me how do I expect him to remember every person's name. I guess he has memory problems. But how is that he did not give me the 2nd small, but charged me for, or did not make it? Can he not read? But for the guy that called me a liar, is he the owner and father? That day, I did not even look at the pizzas, nor the order nor the price, but trusted them up until that day. But if they are the type that think I would call them up and try to pull a scam.....
