If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. First of all the security guard working the door was very rude and did not let me go see an agent with my wife. Secondly the agent that helped my wife for 1.5 hours completely wasted her time. My wife needed help to fill out a report and the agent refused and then the supervisor informed my wife that EI reports take 60 minutes. I mean isn’t it their job to assist with a report Very disappointed
