March 28 2018. 2pm. Was in your subway for lunch. Tuna was 3 days old. Ladies washroom toilet was plugged. Soap dispenser was dry and looked like it had been for some time. Very concerning if the female staff use this washroom. Youngest staff member not very engaging. Not looking for what needs to be done like cleaning tables etc.
